IMPORTANT BOOKING CONDITIONS

Deposit/Payment

A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking.  The balance is payable before or on arrival.

Method of Payment

The following methods of payment are acceptable

  • Credit Cards – Mastercard and Visa
  • Direct Deposit (please contact for Bank Details)

Cancellation Policy

Prior to final payment the 20% deposit represents the letting fee and is non- refundable upon cancellation.

After final payment has been made, total funds paid are non- refundable.

  • The exception to this policy is that in the event weather conditions prevent arrival, all payments will be refunded.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover cancellation conditions and unforeseen circumstances.

Security Bond

To cover any unforeseen costs incurred through minor damage/repairs or excess cleaning – the registered guest’s credit card details must be provided as security.

Prices on this website are provided as a guide only and subject to change or withdrawal without notice.  Any verbal quote given is an estimate only and will be subject to confirmation in a written format.  All prices, payment, conditions should be confirmed at time of booking.

What You Need To know

All units are self contained and are supplied with a starter pack of general amenities – tea/coffee & sugar – Soap/shampoo/conditioner – dishwashing liquid and dishwasher powder.  Extra supplies are not provided free.

All units are supplied with standard bed linen, bathroom towels,bathmat and handtowel.  Beach towels are not supplied.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Smoking is not allowed inside any rental premises.
  • The registered guest will be liable for any costs incurred for damage or extra cleaning, so it is important you leave the property in a clean and tidy state.
  • No pets are allowed on any rental premises at any time.
  • Noise is to be kept to a minimum in consideration of other guests – noise is to cease by 10pm.
  • On departure – please check:-

All rubbish is disposed of properly
Kitchen is clean and all dishes are put away
BBQ (if appropriate) has been cleaned after use
Air conditioning is turned off
Furniture is moved to original position
Return keys to Reception
